What kind of grinder should I get for espresso beans? I have seen lots of cheap coffee grinders. But the cheapest espresso ones I can find are 0 or over!

I purchased a 0 Porter-Cable sander but the sanding disks don’t take away enough material and they fall apart really quickly. I am looking to sand a lot of area and don’t want to be up on a ladder. I am sure supprised that I cannot seem to find a disk sander on a pole. Any help would be appreciated.
